The 2024 Rawlings Gold Gloves finalists were announced on Tuesday and three Cardinals made the list. 3rd baseman Nolan Arenado is a gold glove finalist. After winning the award his first 10 seasons in baseball, he failed to keep that streak going in 2023. Arenado looks to start a new Gold Glove streak in 2024. Rookie shortstop Masyn Winn is a finalist for a gold glove. The Cardinals rookie had a league best 14 defensive runs saved for shortstops. Brendan Donovan is the third Cardinal up for a gold glove. He is up for the utility position. Donovan played left field, 2nd base and 3rd base for the Redbirds in 2024. He won the NL Gold Glove award for a utility player in 2022. Gold Glove winners for both leagues will be announced on November 3rd.
