Today we’re talking about Mizzou Hoops (because of course!)

You may have watched Mizzou’s win at No. 5 Florida on Tuesday night, but did you listen to it? If not, here are the top highlight calls from Mike Kelly and Chris Gervino, courtesy of the Mizzou Radio broadcast.

Speaking of that dunk by Trent Pierce … it was No. 6 on SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays:

So, what did that massive Quad 1 road win mean for Missouri? The Tigers jumped to No. 33 on KenPom and No. 27 on Bart Torvik. Both predict Mizzou to finish 21-10 (10-8 SEC) on the season, which would comfortably put them in the NCAA Tournament.

In Gary Parrish’s Top 25 And 1 — Mizzou comes in at No. 25.

“Caleb Grill finished with 22 points and three rebounds in Tuesday’s 83-82 win at Florida. The Tigers’ next game is Saturday against Arkansas.”

Missouri has also moved up to a No. 8 seed in Joe Lunardi’s latest bracketology.

“At 3-1, you’re no longer looking at scrapping to 9-9 in conference play. But can you push that to 11 wins or 12? Beating Florida at Florida showed you the ceiling on this Tigers team, again.”
