- SBN Reacts from Josh Matejka: Ohio State favored among fans to win big
“As we mentioned on Friday, Ohio State is the betting favorite to win by two scores, and it’s hard to disagree — they’ve looked unstoppable since their shock loss in The Game late last year. But Notre Dame is no slouch: They trounced Georgia on top of handling Indiana and Penn State to get here.”
A look at the poll results from the CFP National Championship Game.
“They look destined for an NCAA Tournament berth. Starting 4-1 gives you some leeway. They still likely need to get to 9-9. But I’m sure nobody is thinking of squeezing into the tournament with how they’ve been playing.”
At this point, Mizzou is playing for NCAA Tournament seeding. Not just to get in.

“In this first edition of Rock M Tology, Missouri is one spot below that as a No. 7 seed. The Tigers’ non-conference schedule wasn’t the strongest, so they will still need to keep stacking Quadrant 1 wins to better their seeding.”
Texas and Ole Miss this week are both Quad 1 opportunities for Mizzou.
