Welcome to the Morning Commute
Today we’re talking about football, volleyball, and softball
We now know Mizzou Football’s Senior Day game-time in the Battle Line Rivalry vs Arkansas.
Missouri’s regular season finale on November 30th vs the Razorbacks will kick-off at 2:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network, the conference announced on Monday.

What’s on the line that Saturday? Missouri will look to finish undefeated at home — something that hasn’t happened since the 2010 season. 10 wins is still on the table, and the Tigers will look for their third win in a row over the Razorbacks. Plenty to play for.
Here’s the rest of the SEC slate for Thanksgiving Weekend.

And despite coming off a tough loss at home vs Florida, Mizzou Volleyball remains in the rankings at No. 25. The Tigers dropped to No. 22 in the latest RPI, however.

#Mizzou Volleyball drops back to 22 in the latest RPI rankings after the team’s five set loss to Florida (#19 in RPI) on Friday. This would put the Tigers as a six seed for the NCAA Tournament at the moment – and there’s a chance to move up to a 4/5 seed.@RockMNation pic.twitter.com/SktIPgyO6n

quoted material here
Lil’ blurb about it
“In a weird way, it felt like one of Mizzou’s better games of the season. As such, it felt like there were a wealth of players to choose from when voting on this week’s MV3 ballot.”
Nate Noel comes in as No. 1 on the latest MV3 in the loss to South Carolina.
“Well, it had to happen, I guess. Missouri put both their five-game winning streak against South Carolina, and their 8-0 winning streak in one score games, on the line in Columbia East, and both were snapped.”
Sometimes, it just doesn’t go your way.
“Kudos to the Tigers for finding a way to gut out comeback wins over Vanderbilt, Auburn and Oklahoma, but that style of play is just putting too much pressure on the team’s second-half performance.”
Mizzou needs to start games better. #analysis
With Mizzou Football on the road, great pics from Cal here featuring hoops, volleyball, and gymnastics.
