Love finished his third season with the Tar Heels as a top-5 scorer in the ACC, averaging 16.7 points per game. After leading his North Carolina squad to a national title appearance in 2022, the preseason No. 1 team failed earn an invitation to this year’s NCAA Tournament.
After falling to Kansas in the 2022 National Championship game, Love elected to forgo his NBA prospects and return for another season in Chapel Hill. Now, he’ll look to finish out his collegiate career elsewhere.
Michigan also failed to make the NCAA Tournament this past season after a solid run in 2022. Missouri made it to the Round of 32 before falling to No. 15 seed Princeton.
Wherever Love lands, he’ll no doubt provide an instant burst of scoring talent and veteran guard leadership.
