Mizzou Hoops will need to get back-on-track down the stretch after suffering their first two-game losing skid of the season.
The Missouri Tigers dropped their first home game of the season with the heartbreaking 67-64 loss to the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday. It was also the first time this season that they have lost two games in a row.
You never want to have an 0-2 week in this league, but Mizzou lost by a combined seven points to an elite Tennessee squad and very good Texas A&M team. There’s still no need to panic. Missouri won’t be in legitimate trouble until they lose a game outside of Quad 1 — making Wednesday night vs Oklahoma a near must-win game.
A two-game losing skid will drop Missouri down to a No. 6 seed in this latest edition of Rock-M-Tology with some work to do down the stretch. In DataMizzou’s latest bracket projection, Missouri also comes in as a No. 6 seed.
