Mizzou Basketball is firing on all cylinders, and the Tigers are raising their ceiling after a convincing road win over Mississippi State.
The Missouri Tigers are one step closer to NCAA Tournament “lock” status after an 88-61 road win over Mississippi State on Saturday to bolster their already impressive resume. At 17-4 overall (6-2 SEC), Mizzou has four Quadrant 1 wins and is still unblemished in Quad 2-4 games.
That profile is certainly is good enough to bump the Tigers up a seed line. In this latest edition of Rock-M-Tology, Mizzou comes in as a No. 5 seed. A top four protected seed isn’t out of the question with plenty of more resume building opportunities to come.
