Despite the loss at Tennessee, Mizzou holds steady
Sure, losing on the road to a potential No. 1 seed 85-81 may sting a little bit. But in the grand scheme of things, it definitely doesn’t impact the Missouri Tigers’ NCAA Tournament seeding at all.
All in all, it’s just a missed opportunity and a minor setback in Mizzou’s quest to earn a top four seed in March.
Bounce back on Saturday vs Texas A&M to keep that perfect home record intact and that No. 4 seed goal is still attainable.
In this latest edition of Rock-M-Tology, Mizzou deservingly stays put as a No. 5 seed. And Tennessee’s win over Missouri bumps the Vols up to a No. 1 seed (that’s how good the Tigers are). Let’s get to the bracket.
